SPA 3 | The Youth Led Action & Advisory Board

The SPA 3 Youth-Led Action and Advisory Board is a collective of young leaders committed to advancing housing justice and youth-centered systems across the San Gabriel Valley. Grounded in lived experience, the team works to ensure youth perspectives remain central in discussions about services, policy, and community response.

Members regularly collaborate with LA Emissary and local partners, contributing youth insight to planning and outreach efforts. Their work has included participation in the Youth Count across communities from Pomona to Pasadena, helping generate accurate, on-the-ground data about youth homelessness. Through advocacy, outreach, and community-building events, SPA 3 strengthens pathways toward stability and belonging for unhoused youth throughout the region.
