Whimzi Ha is LA Emissary’s Community Engagement Coordinator, supporting relationship-building and community-centered outreach efforts. Her work is informed by lived experience and grounded in fostering connection, joy, and collective care.

A proud trans woman with lived experience of homelessness, Whimzi brings optimism, authenticity, and creativity to her role. She is committed to creating inclusive spaces that affirm identity and strengthen community.

Outside of work, Whimzi enjoys astrology, running, hot yoga, learning about public transit, and spending time with her cat.
