Dashayna Heath is the Program Coordinator at LA Emissary, where she oversees program operations, supports cross-functional teams, and advances youth-led initiatives aimed at ending youth homelessness. Her work focuses on translating vision into measurable, community-centered outcomes.

With extensive experience in advocacy and management, and lived experience in foster care, Dashayna brings a systems-informed and data-driven approach to program leadership. She works closely with partners and policymakers to expand access to housing and supportive resources for young people.

Outside of her professional work, she mentors emerging leaders and is a seasoned public speaker.
