The SPA 7 team, known as HOMES (Homeless Outreach Movement Expansion of Support), is a youth-led collective combining creativity, advocacy, and direct service to support unhoused youth and families in East Los Angeles.

Working closely with community partners, the team has led a wide range of outreach initiatives, including youth celebrations, community meals, donation distributions, and culturally responsive events. Members have also mobilized to support families impacted by ICE enforcement and participated in county-level advocacy efforts. Through sustained outreach and systems engagement, HOMES builds power, visibility, and connection for youth across SPA 7.
