Leanndra Martinez is the Director of LA Emissary, where she leads strategy, partnerships, and system-level initiatives to prevent and end youth homelessness across Los Angeles County. She brings over 15 years of experience working alongside systems-impacted young people.

A licensed clinical social worker, Leanndra has held leadership roles across youth housing and coalition-based initiatives and is deeply committed to power-sharing models that center youth expertise.

She holds degrees from UC Santa Barbara and Washington University in St. Louis and currently serves on the Board of Directors for California Coalition for Youth.
